U.S. CUSTOMERS: Orders placed before 1:00PM Pacific time Monday through Friday, are usually shipped that following day, via USPS Priority mail, 2-3 day delivery, Canadian shipments are international first class.

You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment without penalty.

Shipping by priority surface mail is free on orders over U.S $500.00 in the continental US..

If you require insurance on your package we will arrange coverage and add the cost to your invoice.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping insurance is strongly recommended on all international orders. All orders are carefully packed by and Hanamini.com is not liable for goods damaged in transit. The delivery service is responsible for safe delivery to you. Please contact the delivery service first upon receipt of any damaged item(s). Most items ship USPS Airmail. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs or other similar fees.

IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED: All items are packed carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. However, if a shipment does arrive damaged, you must contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation as best we can. We will require that you send us a photo of the damaged item and we will determine the best way forward. In most cases, we will provide an exchange, however, all shipping to and from Hanamini.com, if required, will be your responsibility.

We stand behind our products. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, - less shipping and handling fees - within 3 days of receipt. You will need to contact us in that time frame to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items must be returned undamaged with no signs of use or abuse with the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. If you opt to not insure the returned item, and it arrives damaged, refunds will not be provided. We will issue a refund within 3 business days from satisfactory receipt of the returned item.

CANADIAN residents please note that there is a $2.00 additional handling charge will be added to all orders during checkout, including orders that ship free. New England Miniatures will not be held responsible for any import duties,taxes,or brokerage fees.
